THE SIGNAL
The chip bounce was paid for by selling Friday's safe spots (utilities XLU −1.8%, staples −0.5%) and bonds (TLT −0.8%), so yields rose into a tech rebound. The AI-debt name did not get the all-clear: CoreWeave lost its Goldman upgrade pop and is red as of 1:30 PM ET. Exposed: utilities and long bonds if the rotation holds, CoreWeave and other debt-funded AI cloud names if the credit worry stays.
Wrong if: SOXX gives back its gain into the bell, or TLT turns green (money running back to safety).
