Dear Reader,

We believe we’ve found the next Elon Musk — and so does Peter Thiel, who just made his largest investment ever: $1 billion into this man’s company.

Unfortunately, the company is private. So unless you know Pete personally or have some deep connections… you can’t get in.

Our research has uncovered a 4-letter ticker symbol that gives you early-stage exposure to this pre-IPO opportunity.

You won’t see this ticker mentioned on CNBC or Yahoo Finance…

We’re going to give you this pre-IPO ticker symbol completely free in this briefing.

(No strings attached – you will get all 4 letters of the ticker for free)

But you're going to want to move quickly.

Once it goes public, all the easy pre-IPO gains will be gone.

Don’t miss the chance to ride this wave before the masses catch on.

AI data center leases led the movers, a buyout to skip, and why CPI froze the tape. ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌
MARKET SIGNAL REPORT
POWERED BY STOCKSTOTRADE
Tuesday, August 11, 2026   S&P ▼0.4%  Nasdaq ▼0.7%  Gold ▲0.5%  10-yr 4.68%

The tape spent Tuesday doing very little. The S&P and Nasdaq drifted lower into the close, boxed in by an Iran standoff that won't resolve and a July CPI print landing tomorrow morning. Nobody wanted a big swing the day before an inflation number.

Under that flat surface, the movers told a sharper story: deals, earnings, and a run of multi-year AI data center leases doing the heavy lifting. Percentages below are as of this afternoon's session. Here's the signal from today's session. 👇

📈 TODAY'S TOP 5 GAINERS

1 · FRMI  +22%
Signed its first binding 15-year lease with TensorWave worth $6.5B to build out 222MW of AI data center capacity, with rights to expand past 650MW.
2 · BW  +20%
Inked a deal with Siemens Energy to build 20 steam turbine generator sets, 50 MW each, for 1 GW of power capacity in total.
3 · ACB  +15%
Curaleaf launched a takeover bid valuing Aurora Cannabis at $4.00 a share, 0.3463 Curaleaf shares plus $0.75 cash.
4 · PLUG  +12%
Q2 gross margins pushed near breakeven, and management nudged its full-year revenue outlook higher while reiterating a positive Q4 EBITDA target.
5 · RIOT  +12%
Q2 revenue rose 14% to $174.2M, past the $152.1M estimate, and the miner signed a 20-year, 191MW data center lease with a Frontier AI lab worth up to $16.1B.
🎯 THE SIGNAL
Two of today's five, FRMI and RIOT, didn't run on their core business. They ran on multi-year AI data center leases. The market is repricing anyone who can hand a hyperscaler power and compute, not the miners underneath. ACB is the opposite: pinned at Curaleaf's $4.00 offer, there's nothing left to trade. The live setups are the businesses a single contract just re-rated.

📊 THE HEADLINE THAT MATTERED

Wall Street sat on its hands ahead of tomorrow's CPI

Major averages barely moved for most of the day before slipping into the close, the S&P off about 0.4% and the Nasdaq down roughly 0.7%. Oil jumped overnight and Treasury yields have climbed since Friday's weak jobs data, the 10-year sitting near 4.68%. July CPI hits at 8:30 a.m. ET tomorrow, with PPI on Thursday.

Yields backing up while oil firms is an inflation setup, and traders know it. That's why nobody chased the tape into the print. A hot CPI puts rate-cut hopes back in question and pressures the long end. A soft one lets the indices go test last week's highs. Today was positioning, not conviction. The number tells you which way the next move runs.

👀 ONE TO WATCH TOMORROW

⚡ Riot Platforms  (RIOT)

Q2 revenue rose 14% year over year to $174.2M, beating the $152.1M estimate, and Riot signed a 20-year, 191MW data center lease with a Frontier AI lab. Management said extensions could push total contract value to $16.1B. The stock ran about 12% on it.

Why it's the watch: This is the AI data center lease trade in a single name, and it gapped on a real number, not a rumor. A 12% pop on an earnings beat plus a two-decade lease either holds and builds or fills the gap by Thursday.

The tell: Watch whether it holds today's gap on volume tomorrow. A higher low above the breakout with volume still elevated says the move has legs. Fade back into the gap on lighter volume, and the pop was a one-day earnings reaction. Let the stock prove it first.

See you at the next signal. 📡
