Dear Reader,

Diversification is the answer to market whiplash, right?

WRONG!

According to trading millionaire Larry Benedict, diversification is the opposite strategy most people should use.

In fact, he says, “Diversification is for dummies.”

In his specialized system, he’s developed a talent for using only one ticker symbol over and over with incredible results.

And now, he’s showing thousands of Americans how they can do the same.

When you click, you’ll see his full strategy, along with the exact ticker symbol he’s trading today.

Go here now.

Lauren Wingfield
Managing Editor, The Opportunistic Trader

P.S. Larry has only two trading rules:

1) Diversification is for dummies (which we’ve discussed)

2) Go here now to find out the second rule (most people have never followed Larry’s second rule).

Futures are soft into the Fed’s September-meeting minutes at 2:00 p.m. ET, the first detail on why it hiked for the first time in three years. The 10-year sits near 5.30%. Brent is up about 1.2% to $101.76 on a storm heading for U.S. oil country and Houthi attacks on Saudi Arabia.

THE HEADLINE THAT MATTERS TODAY

Constellation beat and still got sold. Fewer Modelos and Coronas are reaching drinkers.

Constellation Maintains Full-Year Profit Outlook, Posts Surprise Fiscal Second-Quarter Earnings Growth · MT Newswire via QuoteMedia · Oct 7, 2026 06:56 ET

Adjusted EPS of $3.74 beat the $3.55 estimate, and sales of $2.63 billion topped $2.54 billion. The problem is depletions, the pace of beer sales to actual drinkers. They slipped 0.6% as Modelo Especial and Corona Extra declined; RBC says the Street wanted +0.1%. BofA cut its target to $120 from $145 (The Fly 06:37 ET). STZ is ~109.39, -5.4% PRE. Holders who bought the print are exposed first, then beer peers. Anheuser-Busch InBev reports Oct 29.

Wrong if: STZ reclaims Tuesday’s ~$115.67 close by the bell. That would say buyers weigh the EPS beat over the depletion miss.
