Dear Reader,
Google reportedly backed it.
Amazon backed it.
Nvidia, Microsoft, Sequoia and Peter Thiel's Founders Fund reportedly put money behind it too.
But almost nobody on Main Street owns a piece of it.
That's not an accident.
The most explosive private technology deals are typically reserved for venture capitalists, institutions and Silicon Valley insiders.
By the time ordinary investors get access...
The smart money may already be sitting on enormous gains.
But I believe I've found a way to flip the script.
It's a publicly accessible investment vehicle whose largest holding is the AI company I expect to become the biggest tech IPO of 2026.
It also provides exposure to two other closely watched private companies: Databricks and Anduril.
You can reportedly buy it through virtually any brokerage.
And you may be able to get started with only a few hundred dollars.
I haven't revealed the ticker in this email for one reason:
I don't want it circulating without the full story and instructions.

MONDAY, AUGUST 17, 2026
S&P ▼0.4% Nasdaq ▼0.2% Dow ▼0.5% Hormuz / oil
|
|
The tape is mixed and the reason is not a data print. SPY is 773.42, down 0.4%. DIA is 534.22, down 0.5%. IWM is 303.45, down 0.5%. QQQ is only off 0.2% at 729.68 because memory and optics are bid. Oil is up after the 60-day US-Iran ceasefire expired and Hormuz talk came back. These are afternoon prints, not the close.
Underneath, the percent-gainer board is a squeeze list. IPST is up 224% with no operating PR. WETO is up 171% on Friday's leftover. IVF printed a Q2 and still looks like a $1.84, 103-million-share chase. Here is the signal from the names that actually have news. 👇

📈 TODAY'S TOP 5 GAINERS
1 · AGPU
+22.6%
Axe Compute is $10.14 after an 8:30 a.m. ET GlobeNewswire release: five-year, 55 MW AI hosting agreements with Duos Technologies, valued over $500 million.
|
2 · AXTI
+19.4%
AXT Inc is $97.46. Taipei United Daily News, relayed this morning, says indium-phosphide substrate and epi-wafer Q4 hikes are running more than 10%, the largest on record. COHR and LITE are up on the same tape.
|
3 · CBRS
+16.0%
Cerebras is $254.09. Wedbush said it sees progression in Cerebras' OpenAI work after GPT-5.6 / Sol news.
|
4 · HTHT
+11.1%
H World Group is $46.53 after the Q2 print. The company raised its 2026 revenue-growth projection. Non-GAAP EPS $0.72 missed by three cents. Revenue $1.05 billion beat by $40 million.
|
5 · SNDK
+8.8%
Sandisk is $1,785 on 13.2 million shares. Memory and storage are bid on the AI NAND tape and US pushback on Chinese chips.
|
🎯 THE SIGNAL
The raw board is not the trade. IPST, WETO, and IVF are float games. The session that matters is optics and memory: AXTI on InP pricing, SNDK on NAND, CBRS and AGPU on AI infra. If you only scan percent, you buy the squeeze. If you scan catalysts, you get the tape that is actually holding Nasdaq off the Dow.

📊 THE HEADLINE THAT MATTERED
US equity indexes mixed as tech lifts Nasdaq, Iran peace-deal deadline expires
MT Newswire via QuoteMedia, 12:56 p.m. ET, filed the session wrap. The expired 60-day ceasefire is the oil bid and the Dow fade. Nasdaq is not following because chips and storage are doing the work.
Reuters at 11:32 a.m. ET had the Dow down 0.37%, S&P down 0.13%, Nasdaq up 0.12%. Next test is Tuesday: Home Depot before the open, then Wednesday's FOMC minutes.

👀 ONE TO WATCH TOMORROW
🏠 Home Depot
(HD)
Reports Q2 FY2026 before the open Tuesday. Call at 9:00 a.m. ET. Street around $4.73 EPS and $47.2 billion revenue. First big consumer and housing print after last week's July retail sales drop. Lowe's is Wednesday. Walmart is Thursday.
Why it's the watch: Last week's consumer blinked. HD tells you if that was a one-print fade or a handoff into housing.
The tell: Guidance and same-store comps, not the beat. A beat that cuts the year is the fade. A miss that holds the year is the hold. Let the call print first.
