Tesla gets the headlines.
Five small stocks may get the money.

Dear Reader,

Tesla is a trillion-dollar company. It might go higher. It probably will.

But if you’re watching Tesla to catch the robotics wave, you may be looking at the wrong stock.

See the five companies in its path

That’s how tech revolutions tend to play out. When the iPhone launched, Apple shareholders did well. Nvidia shareholders did 32,000% better. Amazon shareholders did 12,000% better.

The biggest gains came from smaller companies few people were watching.

Elon Musk has said Optimus could be worth more than Tesla’s entire car business. Most investors are still staring at the ticker everyone already knows.

One trader built a system to track where institutional money flows before price moves. He’s pinpointed five small companies he believes sit in the path of this wave. Two of them trade under $4.

Past moves don’t promise future ones.

Futures are split. SPY is up 0.1%, DIA 0.5% and IWM 0.3%, while QQQ is off 0.7% (~07:20 ET). Chips are the drag, with AMD down 3.9% and Nvidia 1.2%. Gold (GLD) is up 1.5% and Amazon 1.6%.

THE HEADLINE THAT MATTERS TODAY

The Bank of England raised its key rate to 4.00%.

The Fly via QuoteMedia · Nov 5, 2026 07:14 ET. “Bank of England raises Bank Rate to 4.00%”

A major central bank moved rates up, not down. That’s a reminder the inflation fight isn’t finished everywhere. Gold is up 1.5% premarket and oil (USO) 0.9%.

Who’s exposed: rate-sensitive growth stocks. QQQ is the only major index in the red, and Palantir is down 2.5%.

Next: whether Treasury yields follow London today, and payrolls Friday.

Wrong if: TLT holds flat and QQQ climbs back by the open. That would say traders see the hike as a UK-only story.
