Dr. Mark Skousen of the Oxford Club says one $5 stock holds the rights to a U.S. critical-materials deposit he values at $8 to $16 trillion, and that Elon Musk is going to buy the company. Click here to see why or read his full note below.

Dear reader,

A motherlode of critical materials has been discovered in America's own backyard…

Experts estimate this untouched deposit is worth somewhere between $8 and $16 trillion.

The Guardian described the unprecedented discovery as "the beginning of the biggest gold rush in history."

Time magazine says it "could finally solve our impending energy crisis."

The sheer numbers here are almost unbelievable…

We're talking enough cobalt to build batteries for 280 million electric vehicles.

Enough nickel to make America self-sufficient for the first time in fifty years.

Enough manganese to keep our factories running well into the next century.

And enough graphite, copper and rare earth elements to end America’s dependence on China…

Forever.

And get this…

One small, publicly traded company holds the exclusive rights to harvest an area the size of South Carolina.

They're backed by the U.S. government…

And in a recent test run, they pulled up more than 3,000 tons of these materials in a single haul.

The stock currently trades for $5.

But here’s what I want you to pay close attention to right now…

I had the pleasure of meeting Elon Musk personally at a private gathering of the world's financial elite.

After researching this situation, I’m convinced he is going to buy this firm.

You can click here to see why…

But here are the undeniable facts…

Elon just walked away from the biggest IPO in history… with the largest war chest anyone has ever held.

Not only that, but he is the largest private consumer of these exact materials on the planet.

And on January 1st, a hard-deadline issued by the Pentagon cuts off his entire supply chain.

He needs a new source of these materials… and he needs them ASAP!

Click here to find out why I'm so convinced… and how, if you position yourself today, you could see 100% gains overnight… and a 10X total return in less than 12 months.

Yours for peace, prosperity, and liberty, AEIOU,

P.S. Elon has already moved on a $40 billion AI coding firm and spent $1 billion on a gas turbine company just to power Grok… both in the weeks since the IPO. He's assembling the pieces he needs. In my opinion, this $5 company is the most important one left on the board. Click here before he makes his move.

πŸ“Š THE HEADLINE THAT MATTERS THIS WEEK

"Grok 4.7 has 2.1T parameters"

Elon Musk on X, September 2, 2026. Launch date: Friday, September 12.

Grok 4.7 ships this Friday. 2.1 trillion parameters, up about 40% from the 1.5 trillion in Grok 4.6. Musk says it beats every model on the market, then conceded in the same thread that Anthropic may have a better one out soon. He is leaning on one thing the other labs do not have: SpaceX's own engineering corpus as training data.

Read the cadence, not the parameter count. Grok 4.5 went wide on July 8. Then 4.6. Now 4.7. Three frontier models in about two months. Nobody else is shipping that fast, and nobody else is doing it inside a $2 trillion public company with $75 billion of fresh IPO cash on the balance sheet.

That is the story for the week. The June 12 IPO was the biggest ever. What Elon does with the money is a public, ticker-by-ticker event now. SPCX is the vehicle. The suppliers are the trade.

πŸ›’ THE POST-IPO SHOPPING LIST

1 Β· CURSOR  AI coding
SpaceXAI (the renamed xAI) closed on the AI code editor in August. Grok 4.5 was already trained on Cursor data before the deal. Now he owns the data source outright.
2 Β· APR ENERGY  Power
Jacksonville company that owns more than 1 GW of trailer-mounted gas and diesel turbines. No press release. It surfaced in an FTC filing. Value backed out at roughly $1 billion (Electrek). Those turbines feed the Colossus clusters that train Grok.
3 Β· $2.8 BILLION MORE IN TURBINES  From the S-1
SpaceX's own prospectus says it "significantly" relies on natural gas and turbines to run its data centers, and lays out over $2.8 billion in turbine deals (Wired). Colossus already pulls about 1 gigawatt. That is a mid-size city. The bottleneck is not chips anymore. It is electricity and the raw materials to make it.

Elon's Next THREE Moves Could Double Your Money

Elon standing in a warehouse with arms crossed

Elon Musk walked away from the biggest IPO in history with a massive "war chest."

Now he's spending it to complete his dynasty...

He's already purchased a $40 billion AI firm. And a $1 billion turbine company.

But his next three moves are the ones that could double your money overnight.

Click here for the full story.

πŸ“… THE LOUDEST WEEK OF SEPTEMBER

Tuesday the tape reopens after 90 hours dark. Friday's jobs number (162,000 against a 55,000 consensus) put a September Fed hike back on the table, and CPI and PPI both print this week. Then Grok 4.7 lands Friday. That is a hawkish Fed setup and a Musk product launch in the same five sessions.

Here is the pattern worth keeping. Every time Elon buys something, the trade shows up one layer down. Cursor was a bet on coding data. APR was a bet on power. The $2.8 billion in the S-1 was a bet that turbines, not GPUs, are the constraint. Each purchase told you what he was short of. The next purchase will too.

Watch SPCX into Friday. Watch the small-cap power and materials names that move with it. And if 4.7 disappoints, watch how fast the market forgives him. It usually does.
